Man Goes to Brazil £6.00
Best drunk while dreaming of the Carnival in Rio. Mango juice and Sagatiba cachaca from Brazil create a decidedly tropical vibe, but this is no drink for the ladyboys.
Passionfruit Caipirinha (Kay-pee-ri-nya) £6.00
National drink of Brazil. They say it means “littlecountryside drink” – we say “Little drink, big taste”. Fresh lime, muddled with muscovado sugar and passionfruit syrup and the alcohol coming courtesy of the very smooth Sagatiba cachaca.
Vanilla and Rose Cosmo £6.00
A most elegant Cosmopolitan, indeed. Sputnik rose vodka, Stoli Vanil vodka, Cointreau, lime and cranberry, finished with a lemon twist.
Lemon Sherbet £6.00
Tastes like the sweet but won’t make you foam at thenose. Ketel Citroen vodka, Limoncello liqueur, lemon and orange juice, balanced by a splash of sugar syrup.
Zoolander £6.00
Inspired by the film, this is an “orange mocha frappucino”. Kahlua, chocolate and orange liqueurs and a healthy double shot of Illy espresso. Sweetened to your taste.
Tempest £6.00
Based on the national drink of Bermuda. The beautiful raisin flavours of Goslings Black Seal rum, with lime and ginger beer.
Honey and Chilli Daiquiri £6.00
The very mellow Appleton V/X rum, the sourness of lime, balanced with honey and a hint of chilli in the aftertaste. This flavour combination mirrors many of our fusion dishes.
Raspberry Lemonade £6.00
The name is pretty self-explanatory. Buffalo trace bourbon, big raspberry flavours from Chambord, a touch of citrus to balance – then lengthened with lemonade.
Apples Mashed £6.00
Long and refreshing, Woodford Reserve bourbon and Teichenne apple liqueur is combined with mint and lemon, then lengthened with apple juice.
Oriental Sweet-Tart £6.00
A rounded start gives way to a tart finish in this fusion cocktail to go with our fusion food. The delicate bouquet of Tanqueray No.10 gin, the unique taste of lychee and pear liqueurs balanced with lemon and orgeat.
Original Sin £6.00
This drink tastes like home-made apple pie, lightly spiced with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Ultra smooth Sagatiba cachaca, a splash of Goldschlager, apple juice balanced with a touch of lime.
Gangsta Ra-pear £6.00
In a truly blingin’ style this drink is served in a champagne flute. Martell Cognac is paired with Xante, a cognacbased pear-flavour liqueur, lemon and apple juice.
Summer Garden £6.00
A quintessentially English tipple. The finest gin in the world is Tanqueray No.10 and we complement it with fresh mint, elderflower, pear and apple.

This sublime confection is creamy perfection. Stoli Vanil vodka, Amaretto, Kahlua, Frangelico and Baileys lengthened with cow juice.

White Wine

Lupo Nero 175ml £3.00
The native Sicilian grape varieties give a medium dry wine with a honeyed nose, and crisp citrus finish with lovely nutty hints of almond.
Prestige Leneau 175ml £3.50
The fruity chardonnay grape pairs with the more acidic Melon de Bourgogne grape to produce a lovely medium dry, crisp tasting slightly buttery finish
Bandicoot Estate 175ml £3.70
This medium wine that combines the fruit of the Chardonnay grape, acidic character of Colombard, then balanced by the Semillon grape to create a complex fruity white.
Rioja Blanco Bottle £15.50
A lovely, slightly dry, cool fermented thirst-quenching wine from Spain’s best-known wine producing region.
Hugo Casanova Bottle £16.00
Light citric fruit is married with lovely buttery vanilla flavours from the French oak barrels this excellent Chardonnay is aged in.
Mission Estate Bottle £20.00
This excellent wine provides everything that should be expected of a Sauvignon Blanc, crisp, dry taste full of tropical and citrus fruit with a clean lingering finish.

Red Wine

Lupo Nero Rosso 175ml £3.00
This medium bodied Sicilian wine exhibits berry fruit flavours from the Mediterranean sun, with a subtle coffee aroma and slightly acidic finish.
Prestige Leneau VDP 175ml £3.50
Wonderfully smooth medium bodied wine, with blackcurrant flavours from the Merlot grape balanced with the light acidity of the Gamay grape.
Bandicoot Estate 175ml £3.70
This full bodied wine exhibits rich dark and berry fruit flavours with a slightly acidic finish. A classic well rounded Aussie red.
Rioja Crianza Bottle £15.50
A relatively pale colour disguises a gentle soft red, with a palate reminiscent of strawberries and stewed fruit. Lovely vanilla scents arrive from ageing in American oak barrels.
Hugo Casanova Bottle £16.00
A classic example of the cabernet grape, rich berry fruit,smooth tannins with a soft vanilla finish from the French oak barrels this wine is aged in.
Mission Estate Bottle £20.00
This Merlot’s rich chocolate flavour hints at sandlewood and herbs with a silky tanninic finish. A superb new world Merlot.

Rose Wine

Pinot Grigio Rossata 175ml £4.00
Although not as dry as a white Pinot Grigio, this lovely subtle pink wine gives a supple fresh taste with wonderful light floral aroma.

Founded in 1849, this traditional style, full flavoured, mature tasting champagne was a favourite of Winston Churchill.

This wonderful pink Champagne exhibits an exquisite bouquet filled with plenty of berry fruit flavours from the Pinot Noir grape. The benchmark for Rosé Champagne.

An incredible Champagne, with a golden hue, classic aromas of puree apples, poached pears and vanilla, with an acidic citrus fresh taste, this is simply superb drinking.

Speciality Draught Beers

Fruli Strawberry - Half Pint £2.50
This strawberry beer is 70% beer and 30% pure fruit and has won numerous awards. Although various other flavours are available, strawberry has consistently been the most popular. Fruli has a beautifully delicate taste and aroma of fresh strawberries and is best enjoyed by the half.
Duvel Green - Half Pint £3.00
This Belgian golden ale comes with the refreshment and drink-ability of a fine larger but has the flavours and aromas of a fine ale. Duvel green only undergoes a single fermentation (unlike Duvel in a bottle which is subjected to a second fermentation in said bottle.) Tasting notes; dry, elegantly hopped and above all very refreshing and crisp. N.B. Duvel green should always be served in it’s unique HALF PINT tulip glass.
Addlestones Cider £3.20
A bright, golden, naturally cloudy cider with rich, bittersweet apple fruit flavours and a smooth, rounded finish. Addlestones is made using a unique recipe of locally sourced genuine bittersweet cider apples from Somerset and a double fermentation process which creates the Addlestones full-bodied taste. Verdett Extra White £3.80
Vedett Extra White joined the Vedett range in July 2008. In the brewing of this white beer, Duvel Moortgat used natural ingredients such as wheat, barley, hops, dried orange peel and coriander. Tasting: Vedett Extra white is a white beer with a resfreshing taste, surprisingly crisp punctuated with an orange and lemon like test, rounded with a mildly bitter taste and dry finish.
Kuppers Kolsch £3.60
Kolsch can only be produced in Cologne. The style is less dry than traditional pilsners. Kuppers is renowned for being the smoothest example of a Kolsch. Kuppers has a pale golden colour, and a delicate and refreshing taste.
Lindeboom £3.60
The name “Lindeboom” means ‘lime tree’; so called after the 200 year old lime tree in the yard of the brewery in Limburg, Holland. This pilsner has an extremely pleasant crispy malt taste, with a hint of yeasty fruitiness.
Amstel £3.40
Amstel Gold has a perfect mix of hops, some vanilla, and you can even taste a hint of fruit somewhere in the mix.
Heineken £3.60
Its mildly bitter taste, fresh, fruity aroma, bright colour and exceptional clarity are obtained using only the purest water, hops and barley malt.

Premium Bottle Beers

Quilmes £3.50
Quilmes is by far the largest brewery in Argentina with 75% of the home market, and a great brewing tradition.A beer in the pilsner style; crisp and clean, an excellent example of a superb pilsner.
Singha £3.60
A full bodied 100% barley malt beer that is distinctively rich in taste with a strong hop character.
Vedett £3.60
A pale blonde beer from the Duvel company, dry and refreshing with a quick finish leaving you wanting more. Get on the web site and put your own face on the back of the bottles!
Duvel £3.90
In Belgium during 1920’s spirits were outlawed so Belgians made their beer stronger! Duvel means ‘Devil’ in Flemish and these two facts are not wholly unrelated. A wonderfully complex beer. At 8.5%abv, this beer demands respect and has been crowned Best Beer in the world.
Tsing Tao £3.50
Pronounced ‘Ching-Dow’ this is China’s No.1 beer. The Tsingtao Brewery was founded in 1903 by German settlers in Qingdao, China. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water.Tsingtao Beer has a light pleasant aroma and a wellbalanced taste.
Budvar £3.90
Brewed in the city of Budweis. Before trademarks, all beers from this city were described as a Budwesier brew. The city is rich in tradition for making quality pilsner style lagers. Budvar is a premium lager with a full soft taste, with a little pronounced sweetness.
Black Sheep Ale £3.80
Situated at the gateway to Wensleydale, Masham is the home of the Black Sheep Brewery. Black Sheep Ale is brewed using traditional and time-honoured methods, which achieve a beer of the highest quality. Brewed with Golding hops, it is full flavoured ale with a rich fruit nose. An uncompromising long, dry and bitter finish follows the bittersweet malty taste.
Pilsner Urquell £3.60
The name means “the Pilsner from the original source. Unveiled on 4th October 1842, this is the original clear and golden beer. This has been setting the standard for years and is still produced with the highest quality ingredients.
Moretti £3.50
A favourite amongst Italians, sponsoring Inter and Juventus. It is a low fermented beer with a golden colour and slightly bitter flavour. This won a Gold and a Silver medal at the 2006 Brewers Association World Cup.
Redstripe £3.70
Redstripe is brewed at the Surrey Brewery in the heart of downtown Kingston. In 1928 the first batch of Redstripe was brewed. Rightfully the most popular Jamaican lager, Redstripe is clean with a gently lingering finish.
Corona Extra £3.50
This pilsner type beer was first brewed in 1925 by Cerveceria Modelo (now called Grupo Modelo,) located in Mexico City. The flagship beer for Grupo Modelo, has been the number-one selling beer in Mexico for many years, and today reigns as the leading export from Mexico. A beautifully flavoured beer, with a light, crisp edge. Served with a lime wedge at no extra cost!
Modelo Negra £3.60
A rich ‘vienna malt’ gives this lager its unique colour and flavour. A full flavoured and rich lager which compliments its sister beer, Modelo Especial perfectly. An interesting darker beer that is creamy, smooth and full bodied.
Rekorderlig £3.80
This has beautiful clear pear flavour and has a good amount of sweetness without being cloying. Has a beautiful clear colour when poured into a glass. Dangerously easy drinking...
Modelo Especial £3.60
Brewed at Cervecería Modelo, the same brewery as Corona. This beer uses the finest hops from Bohemia and Saaz. It imports its malt from the most prestigious harvesters in Germany. A refreshing light beer with a slightly fuller taste than Corona. A superb lager.
Tiger £3.50
One if the most well known beers in the world, Tiger has won many awards over the years. This pale softly gassy Asian lager has a wonderfully light hoppy, slightly citrus nose with a smooth dry, lightly hoppy taste.
Anchor Steam Beer £3.70
The Anchor brewery set up in1886 shows us that America does have a quality brewing tradition, with this fine dark orangey brown ale. A subtle caramel vanilla nose with a pleasant hoppy taste leads to a finish with a slightly sweet hoppy dryness. A fine example of American brewing at its best.
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale £3.70
This beer dispels the notion that all America’s beer is simply weak and tasteless! This lovely coppery coloured slightly hazy ale has a mouth wateringly well balanced caramel and orange hoppy aroma continuing through the taste with a dry hop finish and hints of citrus and strong floral notes. A wonderful beer.
Goose Island IPA £3.70
This beautiful specimen of an IPA brings a slightly floral,caramel smell. With a combination of zesty orange-pith bitterness and sweet nutty taste that develops into a dry slightly aniseed finish, you would be hard pushed to find a better IPA from outside the UK.
