Noodles at Norman has become a Leeds favourite over the last few years. Under head chef Martin Jira we’ve borrowed Thai, Chinese, Malaysian and Vietnamese dishes but retaining a strong Japanese influence. We’ve also got the legendary Norman ‘crack chicken’, the chicken wings that you won’t forget.
